அமராவதி: ஆந்திராவில் உள்ளாட்சி தேர்தல் களம் சூடுபிடித்துள்ளது. வேட்பாளர்களின் வேட்புமனுக்களை எதிர் வேட்பாளர்கள் பறித்து செல்லும் வேளையில் ஒய்எஸ்ஆர் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் விததலா ரஜினியை, எஸ்ஐ ஒருவர் வீட்டை விட்டு வெளியே வர விடாமல் தடுப்பதும், இருவருக்கும் ஏற்பட்ட தள்ளுமுள்ளுவில் மாஜி அமைச்சர் விததலா ரஜினி பொத்தென தரையில் விழும் வீடியோ வெளியாகி இணையதளங்களில் விவாதத்தை கிளப்பி உள்ளது.
ஆந்திராவில் தெலுங்குதேசம், ஜனசேனா மற்றும் பாஜகவின் கூட்டணி ஆட்சி நடக்கிறது. தெலுங்கு தேசம் கட்சியின் தலைவர் சந்திரபாபு நாயுடு முதல்வராக உள்ளார். ஜனசேனா கட்சியின் தலைவர் பவன் கல்யாண் துணை முதல்வராக உள்ளார்.
தற்போது ஆந்திராவில் உள்ளாட்சி தேர்தல் தேதி அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்து. அக்டோபர் 28 ம் தேதி முதல் டிசம்பர் 2ம் தேதி வரை உள்ளாட்சி தேர்தல் நடைபெற உள்ளது.
அக்டோபர் 28 ம் தேதி 100 நகர்புற உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகளுக்கும் ஓட்டுப்பதிவு நடத்தப்பட்டு அக்டோபர் 30ம் தேதி எண்ணப்பட்ட உள்ளது. அதன்பிறகு மண்டல் பரிஷன் டெரிட்டோரியல் தொகுதி மற்றும் ஜில்லா பரிஷத் டெரிட்டோரியல் தொகுதி உள்ளிட்டவற்றுக்கான தேர்தல் நவம்பர் 3ம் தேதி நடத்தி நவம்பர் 5ல் முடிவுகள் அறிவிக்கப்பட உள்ளது.
பிறகு கிராம பஞ்சாயத்து தேர்தல் 3 கட்டங்களாக நவம்பர் 26, நவம்பர் 29, டிசம்பர் 2 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் நடத்தப்பட்டு முடிவுகள் அறிவிக்கப்பட உள்ளது. இந்த தேர்தலில் ஆளும் கூட்டணிக்கும், எதிர்க்கட்சியான முன்னாள் முதல்வர் ஜெகன்மோகன் ரெட்டியின் ஒய்எஸ்ஆர் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் வேட்பாளர்களுக்கும் இடையே கடும் போட்டி நிலவி வருகிறது.
வேட்பாளர்களின் வேட்புமனுக்களை பறித்து செல்லும் சம்பவங்கள் ஆங்காங்கே நடந்து வருகின்றன. இதுதொடர்பாக இரு வேட்பாளர்களின் ஆதரவாளர்கள் பல இடங்களில் மோதி கொள்கின்றனர். இந்நிலையில் தான் ஆந்திராவின் பல்நாடு மாவட்டம் சிலகலூரிபேட்டையில் ஒய்எஸ்ஆர் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியை சேர்ந்த முன்னாள் சுகாதாரத்துறை அமைச்சர் விததலா ரஜினி தனது வீட்டில் இருந்தார். இவர் சிலகலூரிபேட்டை தொகுதிக்கு ஒய்எஸ்ஆர் காங்கிரஸ் சார்பில் பொறுப்பாளராக உள்ளார்.
இந்நிலையில் தான் கட்சி சார்பில் போட்டியிடும் வேட்பாளர்களுக்கு பி-பார்ம் வழங்கும் பணியில் அவர் ஈடுபட்டு வருகிறார். பி-பார்ம் வாங்க யுட்லபாடு ஜில்லா பரிஷத் டெரிட்ரோ டெரிட்டோரியல் தொகுதியில் போட்டியிடும் வேட்பாளரான தலித் சமுதாயத்தை சேர்ந்த பண்டுலா புல்லபாயி வந்தார். அவரை சிலகலூரிபேட்டை புறநகர் காவல் நிலைய போலீசார் அனுமதிக்கவில்லை.

இதுபற்றி அறிந்தவுடன் மாஜி அமைச்சர் விததலா ரஜினி தனது வீட்டில் இருந்து வெளியே வந்தார். அப்போது சிலகலூரிபேட்டை புறநகர் காவல் நிலையத்தின் எஸ்ஐ பிரியங்கா, அவரை தடுத்து நிறுத்த முயன்றதாக கூறப்படுகிறது. இதற்கு விததலா ரஜினி கடும் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்தார். இருவருக்கும் இடையே தள்ளுமுள்ளு ஏற்பட்டது. இதில் விததலா ரஜினி தரையில் கீழே விழுந்தார். இதுதொடர்பான வீடியோ தற்போது இணையதளங்களில் வெளியாகி வேகமாக பரவி வருகிறது.
தேர்தலை நேர்மையான முறையில் நடத்த ஆளும் கட்சி நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். தேர்தலில் வெற்றி பெற வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக இதுபோன்ற செயலில் ஈடுபடுவதை நிறுத்த வேண்டும் என்று ஜெகன்மோகன் ரெட்டியின் ஒய்எஸ்ஆர் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி கொந்தளித்துள்ளது.
